A paper co-authored by NEAT participants from six partners has been accepted for publication in IEEE Communications Magazine, one of the journals with the highest impact factor in the field of Networks and Communications.
The paper, titled “NEAT: A Platform- and Protocol-Independent Internet Transport API” presents the NEAT System architecture and its benefits, as well as its relation with the TAPS efforts at the IETF.
The paper will appear in June 2017, in a special issue devoted to Advances in Networking Software. A copy of the paper can be found here.
